Terms of use

You must be at least 14 — the age at which Spanish law lets you consent to the processing of your data without your parents' authorisation. The server checks your date of birth when you register and refuses accounts below that age.

If you are under 18, bear in mind that your profile is visible to clubs and scouts: don't post your home address, your phone number or the name of your school, and always talk to your parents before agreeing to a trial or a trip.

Provide accurate information. Accounts impersonating another person or club are closed without notice.

What you post stays yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display it within the service, at the visibility you choose.

Don't post content you don't hold rights to, or material that is unlawful, abusive, or breaches other people's privacy.

No harassment, spam, automated scraping, or attempts to compromise the platform's security.

Anyone can report content from within the app. We review reports and may hide the content, remove it or suspend the account responsible.

If we remove something of yours or suspend your account, we will tell you why, and you can appeal by writing to privacidad@elevenpro.es: the decision will be reviewed by someone other than the person who made it. This procedure follows Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on Digital Services.

Premium is purchased at elevenpro.es and renews monthly until you cancel. The price depends on your profile type and is shown with taxes included before you pay.

You can cancel whenever you like from Settings › Subscription: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep the benefits until then. The unused part of a current period is not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal described below.

Right of withdrawal: as a consumer you have fourteen calendar days to withdraw without giving reasons. When you subscribe we ask you to agree that access starts immediately; if you agree and then withdraw within those fourteen days, you are charged in proportion to the time you had the service. To withdraw, just write to us.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Before paying you see the total with taxes included, and the button states explicitly that the purchase carries an obligation to pay.

You will receive confirmation of the contract and your invoices on a durable medium, and you can consult them at any time from Settings › Subscription. Cancelling is as easy as subscribing: it is done from that same screen, with no phone calls or emails.

ElevenPro connects professionals but takes no part in the agreements they reach and guarantees no hiring outcome. Always verify who you're dealing with before committing.

We may update these terms with reasonable prior notice. They are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of bringing a claim before the courts of your own domicile, nor of the European online dispute resolution platform.
