Child safety standards

Version 2026-07-01

ElevenPro has teenagers from the age of fourteen showing their football. This page explains what is strictly forbidden, how to report it, what we do when it happens and who we report it to. It is not a statement of intent: it describes the mechanism that exists in the app today.

1. Forbidden, without exception

Any child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) content or conduct is absolutely forbidden. That includes child sexual abuse material, soliciting, distributing or promoting it; approaching a minor for sexual purposes; sextortion; and the sexualised depiction of minors, whether real, drawn or computer-generated.

It is also forbidden to ask a minor for images, private contact details or meetings outside the app, to pose as a club, scout or agent to gain their trust, and to contact a minor for any purpose other than the professional ones this network exists for.

No context justifies it. It does not matter whether the content is presented as humour, as sports material or as a trial: it is removed and the account is closed.

2. How to report it

From inside the app: on any post, tap "Report" and choose the reason "Child safety"; on any profile, "Report user" with the same reason. It is available to any user, including those who have not connected with that person.

You can also write to us directly at privacidad@elevenpro.es with "child safety" in the subject. If you would rather not identify yourself to us, you can go straight to the authorities listed in section 5.

Anyone can also block another user, which cuts contact both ways immediately, without waiting for us to review anything.

3. What happens when you report

A child safety report hides the post immediately, on a single report and without waiting for others to accumulate, unlike every other reason. We would rather hide something legitimate for a few hours — which one click undoes — than leave the other thing visible while it is reviewed.

These reports go to the front of the moderation queue, ahead of everything else, and a person reviews them. We aim to resolve them in under 24 hours.

Reporters are not exposed: we never tell the reported person who reported them. And a child safety report cannot be withdrawn from the app, precisely so that nobody can be pressured into withdrawing it.

4. What happens to the reported account

If confirmed, the account is permanently suspended and the content removed. The person cannot register again.

We preserve the content and records needed to make them available to the authorities, even if the account has been closed, for as long as the investigation requires.

If the review concludes the report was unfounded, the content is restored and its author is informed. Anyone receiving a moderation decision can appeal by writing to us: it is reviewed by someone other than the person who made it.

5. Who we report it to

Where there are indications of an offence against a minor, we notify the Spanish State security forces: the Policía Nacional and the Guardia Civil, which have units specialised in crimes against children.

For the urgent removal of sexual content involving a minor, the Priority Channel of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) is also available.

Anyone can report child abuse content anonymously to the Spanish hotline of the INHOPE network, without going through us.

6. What we do to prevent it

The minimum age to register is fourteen, and the server checks it from the date of birth — not the app, because an app can be modified.

Nobody can message another person unless that person has accepted them as a contact first. There is no open inbox for strangers, and that rule cannot be bypassed by paying: it is the most important protection the platform has.

We never publish anyone's exact location, only their city. And who visited a profile is not information anyone can look up.

Identity documents sent to verify a profile are not publicly accessible: only the person who uploaded them and moderators can see them, and they are deleted once the request is resolved.

7. Point of contact

For child safety matters, including requests from authorities and specialised organisations: privacidad@elevenpro.es. We handle these ahead of anything else.
